Day 1: Grounding
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will focus on feeling supported and safe in their body through low grounding shapes followed by a deep meditation.

Day 2 : Intimacy & Connection
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will focus on using the breath as a tool to unlock stuck and stagnant energy in the body, followed by a deep meditation.

Day 3: Personal Power & Strength
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will activate their sense of self and courage with shapes that activate power and strength in their body, followed by a deep meditation.

Day 4: Joy
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will focus on shapes that open their heart, and allow their body to feel free, open, and receptive to change, followed by a deep meditation.

Day 5: Expression
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will incorporate shapes into their practice that make them feel grounded and safe to communicate and express their truth to the world. Followed by a restorative meditation.

Day 6: Intuition
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will lean into their ‘inner compass’, and let their breath and body guide the way.

Day 7: Creative consciousness
Welcome to Introduction to Yoga! Students will be introduced to a sound breathing technique that expands their mind and prepares them for a deeper meditation.

Day 1: Core + Back
Welcome to Introduction to Pilates: Pilates is a mind-body exercise designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. In our 5 day Pilates Series we will learn foundational pilates shapes for different parts of the body to get you going on your Pilates Journey!
For Day 1 -Students will focus on foundational Pilates shapes to engage and strengthen core and lower back muscles.

Day 2: All Core
All Core: Students will focus on foundational shapes that activate the core.
Pilates is a mind-body exercise designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. In our 5 day Pilates Series we will learn foundational pilates shapes for different parts of the body to get you going on your Pilates Journey!

Day 3 : Legs
Students will focus on foundational Pilates shapes to strengthen and tone leg muscles.
Pilates is a mind-body exercise designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. In our 5 day Pilates Series we will learn foundational pilates shapes for different parts of the body to get you going on your Pilates Journey!

Day 4: Lower Body: GLUTE Focus
Students will focus on foundational Pilates shapes to engage and strengthen glue muscles, as well as tone legs.
